1. About TaxChill

TaxChill is a bookkeeping and Making Tax Digital (MTD) compliance service operated as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom. By using our services or this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

TaxChill provides bookkeeping, bank transaction categorisation, Profit & Loss reporting, tax estimation, and MTD ITSA submissions to HMRC on behalf of clients. Our services are intended for UK sole traders and self-employed individuals.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all financial information you provide to us is accurate and complete. TaxChill acts on the information supplied by you. Any errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you remain your responsibility.

4. Approvals & Submissions

Before any submission is made to HMRC on your behalf, you will be asked to review and approve the relevant figures. By approving a submission, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. TaxChill will not submit to HMRC without your explicit approval.

5. Fees & Payment

Our fees are charged on a monthly subscription basis as outlined on our pricing page. All prices are exclusive of VAT. TaxChill is not currently VAT registered. There are no long-term contracts and you may cancel at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

TaxChill provides a bookkeeping and compliance support service and does not provide regulated financial advice or tax advice. We strongly recommend you consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser for complex tax matters. TaxChill's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to you directly. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
